that’s been hand built in the UK.
Its going to be the perfect asset to our workshop, allowing us to continue preparing our quality used bikes to a high standard equalled by no one.
With bike restoration really popular at the moment, we will also be offering a blasting service to everyone.
Crankcases, Clutch covers, Ignition covers, Cylinders, Cylinder heads even complete engines if you are going to strip it down afterwards.
If it fits in our 1250 cabinet we can blast it.
We are using a very fine media with high pressure air and water to give a better than new shine to all used parts.

Vapour blasting, is the non-aggressive removal of surface dirt and grime from metal components. Some other blasting methods actually remove the surface material from the components which can alter their critical dimensions. Vapour blasting leave the underlying component completely intact, with its original dimensions, whilst removing the unwanted carbon deposits, oil, grease and grime etc.
Vapour blasting achieves this by accelerating water and a mildly abrasive emulsion under high pressure through a nozzle. The water in this process acts as a buffer, whilst the beads gently remove the grime leaving the underlying surface intact.
The emulsion contains particles which are just 150-200 microns in diameter, these gently remove the contaminates on the surface of the component.
Vapour blasting works best on Aluminium parts. We specialise in cleaning Motocross bike parts, bringing them back to a better than new finish. We can also do car and bike parts. If it fits in our 1250cm cabinet, we can blast it.
Depending on the component and it's condition, our services vary in price. We offer a free, no obligation quote so we can give you an accurate estimate of the cost. The best way to get a price is to send us a picture of the item you require blasting. if the part is clean and all bearings/seals have been removed it going to cost you less
All items are treated with great care whilst in our possession. Once the cleaning process is complete they can be collected or posted back out to you.
